An educational manager applies the basic premises of any manager: plans, organizes, supervises, evaluates, directs, controls and motivates everyone who is part of the school community, to achieve goals effectively, efficiently and effectively.

Starting from the fact that the education of a people is the bridge that leads to the development of the same, you can understand the importance of paying attention to those people who run the educational institutions. There may be many papers with coherent and beautiful writings about the duty of school management, with methodological lines to apply their policies, but if there are not people with the managerial skills and knowledge to apply them, nothing is functional, we are in a dead end. This is how important educational management is. It is the tool that will establish organizational structures based on the effective achievement of the institutional vision, the objectives and the agreed actions in a dialogical, consensual and collective way to achieve the commitment and sense of belonging of its members in favor of the integral formation of their learners.



   Therefore, in the educational management plays a very important role the organization, leadership, supervision and evaluation of results, which will determine the turns required by the institution to obtain greater achievements. That is why the ability to look again and offer new proposals is fundamental, in order to refresh, regenerate structures and obtain success with fewer resources. On the other hand, it must develop a healthy and harmonious organizational climate, with the capacity to integrate and strengthen the human talents with which it is counted.

Management, rather than as a position or function, is understood as the set of positive attitudes and high quality that distinguishes a leading organization under the direction of people with initiative, creativity and spirit of change. The manager has the responsibility to raise the strategies of institutional development and ensure sustained growth, with a high sense of the cultivation of values.

In the field of teaching, management is very different from the approach given to the management of companies. "Mane J. states that educational management is a process of coordination of an educational institution through the exercise of managerial skills aimed at planning, organizing, coordinating and evaluating, the strategic management of those activities required to achieve pedagogical efficiency, efficiency administrative. "

  Administrators and / or modern educational managers are called to envision new and significant ways to manage and improve the management of Educational Institutions in accordance with contemporary paradigms, which implies a reconceptualization in the ways of thinking and acting in the different management processes, administrative, pedagogical, management, curricular, community, legal, etc., of an educational institution that requires integral management processes that articulate the multiple instances of school life.

Currently, Venezuelan education is in crisis because this problem is expressed as the inability of educational systems to be consistent with the new attitude, behavior and ways of seeing the world by students, and as part of this, management in the classroom it plays a primordial role.

In the classrooms there is not always the most suitable person, in many cases there is no vocation to the work that is done and as if it were not enough, most of the time it is accompanied by little professionalization. It is necessary to make changes at all educational levels, that is, to re-program the system from another perspective, where the teacher sees himself in need to look for new roles in the classroom in the light of management, where he is an objective leader within your organization.

So, management in the classroom represents the vital and feasible alternative in times of crisis. Both the manager and the teacher handle special situations, such as: evaluation, communication, motivation, planning, control, change, among others, which places them within a management context throughout the term, this implies that teachers or classroom managers must be effective so that they can be considered agents of change, because what is proposed to achieve in students as a final product, are changes in behavior and learning.

It is important to note that in classroom management, the teacher establishes actions and strategies that allow him to solve the problem of order in the classroom, taking into account that order does not mean discipline, silence, passivity of the students but is referred to the Provision of the environment required for the planned activity to be fully fulfilled The classroom represents the environmental context where the instruction is developed, but this can not be carried out if there is no adequate environment for the activity to develop successfully.

In the past, companies paid little attention to job motivation because they considered it a pointless waste of time, as well as job training. This has created many companies that have stagnated and become uncompetitive. But as the market became more competitive, in the same way, the importance of having motivated employees was given value.

If we had to name the benefits of staff motivation, we should mention the following:



· Better image of the company. If the company cares about a value as important as its human capital, its image will improve both by the simple fact of doing so and by the consequences of it.

· Greater commitment with the company. If employees feel that they are valued in the company and that something is done to make them feel more comfortable, they will feel committed to it.

· Higher work performance If workers are motivated they will perform more because they feel better in their work and do it with greater efficiency.

· More and better ideas for improvement. Workers who feel valued and motivated are able to have new ideas and pass them on to their superiors.

· Minor inconveniences for the company. If workers feel unmotivated they may be prone to have more work-related illnesses and work accidents, be unpunctual, miss more days at work, create a bad environment, get along with their colleagues, etc. All this leads to economic losses for the business.

· Greater business competitiveness. Companies whose workers perform more, have more and better ideas, feel comfortable in their work and give their best are much more competitive than others.

· Less brain drain. Workers who do not feel good in their work space tend to leave, workers who feel comfortable and motivated in their job tend to stay in the company although others may offer better conditions. The company can retain its most valuable workers by motivating them.

· Better image of the company as a good employer, which leads to attracting talent or valuable employees. It is as important to know how to retain talents as to capture them, that is why you have to design strategies for both, and without a doubt the motivation necessarily leads to both.



Having described each of the benefits, I think we have no doubt that a company that cares about its employees gets better benefits in their favor in the short and long term. Not all the strategies we seek to apply these motivations have to do with large economic investments, there are "tailored to each pocket" the important thing is to implement them.

A happy and satisfied employee is a more productive and efficient employee, therefore we would have satisfied students, parents and representatives of the investment made for their benefit.
